O Rings are toroidal molded objects that are made from elastrometric seal with a circular cross-section. We had specially manufactured them with great precision diametric and cross-sectional tolerance, plus with a high degree of surface finish. They are popularly used to prevent fluid movement between mechanical parts by maintaining contact with the inner and outer walls enclosing the ring. These O-Rings are inserted into cavities called glands, and they are used in either axial or radial seal designs. These rings are an example of self-energize seals, meaning they relay pressure inside the container (or pipe) to give them the pressure necessary to form the seal. These industrial products are in great usage because of their various positive points such as they require less space than any other seal of comparable efficiency and hence they save lots of space. Metal O Ring seals in both directions, thus simplifying design in many cases. Second most important thing is that they are foolproof, i.E. They cannot be turned the wrong way when being installed. Recessing requirements are simple and mounting errors are thus virtually eliminated, even when an inexperienced person carries out the installation. We an O Rings Manufacturers and O Rings Supplier are glad to offer these products that come in various materials such as Metal O Ring Seals, PTFE O-Ring and hardness to suite different customers requirement. Hardness of any elastomer can be varied widely by compounding. However, 70 Shore A hardness is by far the most commonly used in the market and 90 Shore A hardness is used mainly in high pressure applications. The company offers precision O-Rings ranging from 50 to 98 Shores A hardness. An Oring Seal is described by its inner diameter, its outer diameter, its material hardness and its material composition. O Ring dimensional selection depends on the type of application, compounds, surface finish, etc. These assemblies are popularly used in many automotive, aerospace, construction, and marine mining industries because of their above mentioned advantages.
