Magnetic Chip Conveyor is used where the iron chips go with coolant and are collected down at inconvenient location. The magnetic conveyer, which is totally enclosed can be lowered in the sump and chips are collected outside in a drum or trolley. The top surface of the conveyer is made out of stainless steel to stand constant wear. The conveyor has high intensity magnets moving inside, which bring all the ferrous impurities out. Magnetic Chip conveyor is available in suitable widths & heights and can be accommodated in any machine like broaching machine, Bobbing machine and other special purpose machines.
