Vibro`s electromagnetic vibratory screen consists of a perforated sieve tray made of mild steel, stainless steel & a body housing the electromagnet. The perforated sieve tray, which is connected to the armature of the magnet, vibrates, as the magnet gets energized. The vibration sets the material in motion. Controlling of vibration gives the controlled flow of the material. The body housing the electromagnet is made in totally enclosed design to prevent dusting. The perforated sieve tray is called screen deck. The electromagnetic vibrating screen works on standard frequency of 3000 vibrations per minute with maximum amplitude of 1.5 mm. To 2 mm.
